MY PHILOSOPHY
When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
I believe there are pillars to our lives. If these pillars are cracked, our foundation will be weak, and they will start to break us down.
Working on yourself starts with curiosity, asking questions, and thinking outside our programmed boxes. If you continue to do what you’ve been doing in the same environment you’ve been doing it, do you think you’ll see change? Absolutely not. Next, comes the decision to prioritize your health-care and make changes. Most of us cannot get out of our own ways. We blame genetics, age, or other people for the way things are, but then we realize it’s our responsibility and it takes education and discipline to demand the best for ourselves. If you found yourself here, you’re ready.
Without health, nothing in life is as enjoyable as it could be. You end up projecting out your physical or mental pain onto your loved ones or in your daily life. This behavior blankets all of your experiences. When you feel good, life is good and flows with ease.
I want to help you listen to your body. I am here to help facilitate and teach. You are the healer, the architect of your own body and life. Health is flow. Health means understanding the inputs and outputs of your actions and routines in order to reach vitality. Once you get started on this path, you will have a better understanding of how important it is to nurture from the inside out and you will be forever changed.
