Policies
Scheduling your First Appointment

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to our other clients and the therapist. If not, you will be charged the full amount of the service missed or lose a session of your package.
Arriving Late for an Appointment
Arriving late to your appointment will limit the one hour for your session. Your session will end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. If you arrive late, you can receive a shortened session or pay 100% missed session fee and reschedule.
Refunds
There are no refunds for colon hydrotherapy for any reason.
Expiration Date
Colonic series expire in 3 months from date of purchase. You must use all of your sessions within the 3 month timeframe.
